Welcome to Watchoplay. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Watchoplay mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Watchoplay, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Watchoplay. If you are under 18, you must use the Service under parental or guardian supervision.

You are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws.

Watchoplay only provides streaming technology and does not organize or manage sporting events.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Terms (App Store & Play Store Compliant)

4.1 Subscription Plans

Subscription prices are displayed within the app and may vary by region.

4.2 Auto-Renewal Disclosure (Required by Apple & Google)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4.3 Payment Processing

If you subscribe via:

Apple App Store:

Payments are processed by Apple Inc. Watchoplay does not store your payment details.

Google Play Store:

Payments are processed by Google. Watchoplay does not store financial information.

By purchasing through Apple or Google, you agree to their respective payment terms.

4.4 Refund Policy (Marketplace Compliant)

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

For subscriptions purchased through:

Apple App Store → Refunds must be requested directly from Apple.

Google Play Store → Refunds must be requested through Google Play.

Watchoplay cannot process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any changes will apply after the current subscription period ends.

5. Free Content & Advertisements

Some content may be available free of charge and supported by advertisements.

You agree that Watchoplay may display:

Banner ads

Video ads

Sponsored content

Ad formats may change at any time.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on Watchoplay including:

Logos

Videos

Graphics

Software

Designs

Trademarks

is owned by Watchoplay or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy

Redistribute

Record

Screen capture for commercial use

Reverse engineer

Publicly broadcast

without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes

Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service

Share account credentials

Circumvent subscription paywalls

Upload harmful or abusive content

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

8. Third-Party Content

Watchoplay may display third-party advertisements or links.

Do not control third-party content.

Are not responsible for third-party services.

Do not guarantee accuracy of third-party information.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Device Compatibility

Watchoplay may not function on all devices.

Compatibility depends on:

We are not responsible if your device becomes incompatible due to updates.

10. Termination

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
